What batarang do you like better, the one in BTAS, that's round at the top, or the one in TNBA, that looks like a Bat, and foldsup for storage. :yakko:

I think the BTAS had better flying capabilities. But the Bat shaped one is awesome, and I love how it easily folds up, which means you can store a lot in your utility belt! Ever scene the actual ones they've made? They're sold on Ebay every now and again. They like only 5 inches long, though that actually seems like a good size, and they're made of pewter. Just random information, lol.

Cool! :D that ebay sells every thing! I like the TNBA one myself.
Well, I like the BTAS version better cause it's less dangerous for one thing.. I mean, Batman hits people it the face with those things sometimes. If it was shaped like a bat it'd probably cut the badguy's face open or something. o-O
However the the other version does look pretty cool. :p

i agree with meow. some nasty damage would be done with the TNBA batarangs. i think they look cool, but my vote goes to the BTAS 'rangs.

Yeah, that's true, but theyre good for cutting stuff too, like ropes and stufff, plus BTAS didn't have the one that exploded! :D

I like the one in TNBA. It's sleeker and the sound it makes when it's deployed sounds more like a pressure valve release rather like something shot with gun powder in BTAS. I would always wonder why in BTAS, the villians couldn't hear that and turn their heads.
Examples:
In "Shadow of the Bat", Batman uses it to scale Two-Face's building. No one finds him until after being shocked by the window booby trap. What? They can't hear that from inside the building? It sounds like a gunshot.
In "Fear of Victory", Batman and Robin both use theirs to reach the jewel thieves on the roof. The thieves don't notice anything until the actual batarangs hit the concrete ledge just below them. Are they deaf? Two "gunshots" just fired from the street level! Not to mention the Batmobile coming to a screeching halt just seconds before that.

Actually, I was talking about the batarangs, not the batgrapples ;)

I like the ones shaped like a bat... they just look cooler and he is Batman afterall, so his weapons should look like bats

I like the B:TAS Batarangs better. For one, it's a classic batarang design and I think it's the same kind of batarang that Batman uses in the comics, or he used to. Two, like someone said earlier, it could do heavy damage if the sharp points hits a thug. Batman wants to stop someone from doing something wrong, and he doesn't need to harm them badly to do it.

TNBA's was cooler than BTAS' but I thought the coolest one of all were the BB ones.

I voted for the TNBA batarangs. I think they looked a lot cooler than they did in B: TAS.

You have to remember that this is Gotham city. They could easily assume that it was just a random shooting, and they would most likely want to hurry up and get out of there before the police came. Investigating what happened probably wasn't their biggest concern at the moment.
Both batarangs were pretty cool, but the BB one was the best, especially the electric/blue ones.
