Kenny was never mentioned by name...but two refs are made obliquely to him. The boys consider killing Butters and floating the baby calves to safety on a river of his blood...and later Cartman loses his temper and threatens to kill Butters "over and over again".
Loved also Butters' confusion over young cows and leg muscles, when he produces the Suzanne Somers gadget.
High point was seeing Cartman rip one into Stan's face--"C'mon. Kiss it! Kiss it!" That's so my brother, who was surprised to learn that Kenny appears to be dead permanently.
Anyone else think the hostage negotiator looked a little like Woody Allen? "You're giving them a missile?"
Man, those eyes on the calves got to me. They all looked like chibi-Eeyores....fuh-REEEEEEEEEEEE-ky.
Pity they couldn't have gotten the actual Michael Dorn to voice himself, but it was funny to see him patiently put up with Cartman's condescending bullpuckey (esp. calling him "Captain" at the beginning of every sentence).
For the yaoi nuts/'Shippers--Kyle tenderly hugs ailing Stan, who had broken out in leprosy-like sores from going a week without meat. Even more disturbing when the Hell's Pass doctor states what the absesses really are.
