I don't know about everybody else, but as of a little over an hour ago my Spring Break started (it would've been yesterday, but we were out for a couple of extra days on Christmas break, so we have to make them up.... :( ).
Anyway, to get to the point, what do you think the best thing about Spring Break is?

:D

I have to agree with you on that :D .

My first day off was today and don't have to go back until April 8.

We go back next Thursday..... once again, due to snow days.... :(
The best thing, to me, is....... well, no school( :p ), and I get to sleep late (that's all I really need)! :D

The best thing about spring break to me is going on some kind of vacation somewhere. :p Well, I won't be able to go anywhere this year because of the snow days.

Wait a minute now........
we're supposed to rest on Spring Break?

Wish someone would have told me this about two weeks ago, when my break started, so that I wouldn't have worked so much. :(

I don't have to worry about all that freaking traffic when I go to work! I live near a high school, and it is murder sometimes to take a left at the end of my street. How I hate it when school is on! Nothing against the students, really, but man, my city really has got to do something about that stop light, especially for the mornings kids are commuting to school. I've sat there where NO CARS could turn on a green light before it went back to red. It's unbearable some mornings and sometimes actually makes me late for work, even when I try to leave early to compensate for it.

My spring break ended March 10th (my birthday!) so that ship has already sailed. The best thing I love about it is NO SCHOOL! I still have my job, though, which kinda defeats the whole "vacation" purpose :( I almost never go anywhere except maybe a friends house and shopping. But hey, sleeping in and not much if any homework to fret over works for me!

Back then for me, the best thing about spring break was being able to sleep in during the mornings. :)

I got cheated on my spring break. They shortened it from a whole week to three measly days. What the heck's that?!

It's five days if you count the weekend, though. Ah, well. Right now, I'm concentrating on finishing The Martian Chronicles for school, as well as finally watching all of Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight.

I'm with Sumi on this! I'm not going any where and everything that's around my house I'm bored of!

I've done almost of my stuff already! I'm tired of my computer, the TV, my radio, my CD's, and no one is out side when I go out!

I do like to sleep late but I always do that on Saturday!

Not is still nothing that I find interesting to do or think of doing this next week!

I am at the point in my life where Spring Break doesn't exist anymore. Yeah, I'm taking a course at community college, but that doesn't count. I work full time, so a week without class is not really much of a rest when I'm still working 40 hours a week... but, on the bright side... I'm working 40 hours a week, and that's such a lovely paycheck =)

Turning down the thermostat then just laying around listening to music as your mind wanders into almost complete madness... :D

The real best thing is not having to go to school and do homework.

Well, Springs Break sucks all the way around for me. Mine started last Monday. I got outpatient arthroscopic knee surgery done on Monday. So, needless to say, I have been spending my whole Spring Break letting my bones knit. On the plus, I have been getting money from my family. Granted, I can't spend any of it considering I can't go anywhere, but still...

This is an all ages board so I won't talk about the best part of Spring Break. If you are in school any break is a good thing.
