Kids WB - with sharing being on Cartoon Network as a follow up to JL on Saturday afternoons. With a cast that will hopefully include Static I think Kids WB would reach a more child friendly audience and have better ratings on KWB!

Cartoon Network.
Sure kidsWB would probably give them a bigger budget but along with the extra money comes executive decisions and policies. CN, however offers more creative freedom.
I'll take less than stellar animation and music any day if it means that I'm getting a better story as the trade off.

Even though it would mean i'd never get to see it, i think Cartoon Network would be the best place. Sure the Titans have a more youth oriented demographic, but i'd rather not see the watered down action. Like Mr. Obsession said, they would have more freedom on CN.
I'd be fine with Cartoon Network or Kids WB..just not Fox. I don't even really like Fox anymore.

Personally I think Timm and Co. could give the Titans a great story and a lot of action and get the bigger budget by being on KWB! After all Legacy and the entire BB series were on KWB! and there was a lot of action there.

-Joe! But you're thinking of the kidsWB of almost 2 years ago. Right now we'd be dealing with the kidsWB that delayed both "Legacy" and "Unmasked" for months, the kidsWB that shifted the entire focus of BB in the second season to the high school, the kidsWB that made E-Men: Ev about the popular kids at school and gave them powers, the kidsWB that when Timm pitched JL wanted to make it a show with Batman training teenage superheros.
If Titans goes to kidsWB you might as well call it Young Justice.
And personally if this show is in the works I hope to God that they drop the "Teens" from the title and just call the show "The Titans"

While it's true that this is a different Kids WB they've still shown that they can create enjoyable entertainment - Static Shock has had great stories, The Zeta Project is a personal fave, Jackie Chan Adventures has had quite a bit of animated action and even X-Men Evolution has been enjoyable (IMO). If this show is made I don't think we'll need to worry about the quality - as long as Timm and Co. are still the ones in charge. I know that they'll be able to compose a great story and do it within whatever there budget is. If Titans goes to KWB I could see the team having to work together but overall I still think there will be more than enough action to keep everyone happy.
And I agree - drop the Teen and just make it Titans.

That's pretty obvious. it's not going to be or FOX. i would like it to be on KWB because i don't get CN, and CN already has JLA, KWB should get this so i could watch it.

I would rather see it on CN because I think it would fit in better with the other programs on that channel. They could put it in with JL and older Batman episodes to make a cool hour and a half of television.

-Joe! JCA is probably a fluke, but it's probably also the best show on kidsWB right now. And it's one of my favorites to boot. :)
Static Shock is also another one I look forward to.
But TZP is "ehh" to me. And X-Men:Ev would have been so much better if it had stayed closer to the comics. As things stand in Ev the Brotherhood seems closer to me to the original X-Men from the comics than the X-Men in Ev, aside from the fact that they're suppose to be villains.
It's just that I fear that if Titans goes to kidsWB it will be so executive decision laden that it won't be the so much The Titans as it would be Young Justice. Not that there's anything wrong with Young Justice, it's just that if I'm going to watch The Titans I'd rather watch The Titans than Young Justice masquerading around as The Titans.
Cartoon Network. Definitely Cartoon Network.
Kids' WB!, as the title implies, is for kids. Maybe five years ago, "Teen Titans" would have been ideal for Kids' WB!, but we're dealing with a very different KWB network. Cartoon Network is not just a children's network, so it wouldn't be as restricted then it would be on Kids' WB!

However, Warner Bros. might think its overkill to have both JL and TT on Cartoon Network, which is why (besides the fact that it would have a young cast of characters) I think Titans would end up on KWB.

Not really. Sure they're all part of the same giant corporate family, but that doesn't mean that all the different divisions act together. If WarnerBros Animation creates a show it's going to shop it around, not give it to the network that the higher up dictate (well that does have some influence). The show still has to be paid for so in the end it will go to the network (either kidsWB or CN) that works out a deal that WBA likes better and pays for the show.
If it was all determined by Jamie Kellner then Justice League would be airing on kidsWB right now, and it would be a show about Batman leading a team of teenage superheros.
Sieg CN!
