I was thinking about making two separate threads but, I felt one was enough. The first story is the Judd Apatow-helmed series Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared making their home on IFC. The one unaired episode from Undeclared will make its broadcast debut on IFC in the Fall. Freaks and Geeks will air this Friday at 11 PM Eastern.

The second story is that Starz originals Party Down and Gravity have been canceled by the network. No surprise as anyone who has followed the ratings for the two shows knows how terrible they have been, even for a premium network. I believe both shows had less than 100K total viewers and averaged a 0.0 18-49 this season. Still, this sucks for fans of both shows. Maybe IFC or some cable network will pick it up for reruns.

Party Down had a lot of casting issues, from what I've heard.

Gravity sounded pretty deep for a comedy show, so it kinda should've had a better chance.

Didn't know Judd Apatow had a second TV series...

Freaks and Geeks had an unaired episode as well, the third one, "Kim Kelly is My Friend."

Given how important that one is to the chronology, it's a miracle the show gained popularity at all.

Though I suppose "Firefly" had it far worse.
