The way it works is that any titles in all-caps are changed to lowercase. So "PLEASE READ THIS!!!" changes to "Please Read This!!!". Romey was just testing it out.

And I'm glad you like the new smilies! The "confused" one is kinda hard to see though, we should change that. And two of them are still plain yellow. Oh well it's good for now.
