In "Waking Quinn" when Murphy and Marco are having a conversation in the submersible, the dialogue sounds really familiar. Is it from Apocalypse Now?

Pretty funny ep, but not as funny IMO as the ending to the invisible monster ep where Murphy and Quinn are the only ones left on Sealab then Quinn has a heart attack and Murphy eats him.

It is from Apocalypse Now (well, except for the wet willie part). Also, the whole episode is a parody of sorts of the film Waking Life. Not only that, but the upcoming season finale, "Swimming into Oblivion" is said to be (loosely) based on the movie Living in Oblivion.

And we can't forget the always funny referance in Lost in Time of Stormy and Quinn being time distorted into Jabba the Hutt and Salatius Crumb from Return of the Jedi. It is just one of the more funny movie referances in Sealab 2021 in my opinion.

And then there's the reference to "The Cider House Rules" in "Happy Cake."

Also, did anyone else notice an episode where Marco was wearing a California Highway Patrol motorcycle helmet? This is a reference to CHiP's I believe (the guy who does Marco's voice is Eric Estrada from the series)

Heh.. a TV referance but still a referance. I think it was an inside joke for Erik Estrada anyway.

And speaking of "Predator", there's a scene where Marco is driving a cart and says something like "I'll save you" then starts singing the theme to CHiPs (Dahn-dahn-da-dun-dun)

Marco: Hang tough doc! I'm going to give that monster a leathal dose of vitamin M! Dahn-dahn-da-dun-dun!
*Marco dies*
Murphy: Way to go Marco... NOW THE DAMN THING'S GOT WHEELS!

lmao... good quote... good referance. =)
