We already know that Hannah Montana is over after this upcoming season, but quite frankly, Miley Cyrus will be glad to put her TV alter ego to rest for good, so she can pursue movies and her music. Here's link no. 1:

She's got plenty of time for movies as well as her music, especially country. BTW, when it comes to country music, Miley gave a logical reason why she's avoiding the kind of aggravation that her father, Billy Ray, went through, during his early years, recording. Here's link no. 2:

She never disrespected country music, but she's not going to make herself uncomfortable by recording songs about outlaws, relationship drama, hard-core beer-drinking, etc. What's wrong with her recording country music the way she wants to? Nothing, because if she can record whatever she feels comfortable recording, more power to her and she should feel free to do just that. It's a real shame when there are those who'll believe the lies of bloggers and disregard the truth, coming from her and her family. I have more respect for Billy Ray Cyrus for being the strength and inspiration in her life, than I ever had before, but sometimes, even he has to defend Miley from her detractors, as you'll find out in link no. 3:

Quite frankly, she really shouldn't have to explain herself to those who'll never understand her- it's a waste of time for her. Now, in November, she'll be 18, and while she's having fun filming her music videos, she knows the messages in her songs are more important than the videos, themselves, and that, I can respect. Yes, her latest CD, "Can't Be Tamed", arrives, next month, and who knows what will become of it. Clearly, she's a country-pop singer, as we all know, but as she gets older, she's looking to appeal to an older audience, while she's breaking away from Hannah Montana. In this final link, Miley even spoke about recording an all-country album, someday:

I don't care what anyone says, Billy Ray has done a good job, raising his children. Miley's older brother, Trace, is a rock singer(sans Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp, etc.) with his own band. Miley would have to be the only one of Billy Ray's children, who's managing to keep country music alive in her family. In the future, I can see her doing movies, perhaps voice-overs for a future animated made-for TV movie for Cartoon Network(Miley wishes to leave Disney behind) and record her music. I don't believe she's met him yet, but perhaps someday, she might have a future musical collaboration with John Mellencamp's son, Speck, and it could be the kind of collaboration that could bridge together country music, which is what Miley likes, and rock 'n roll, which is what Speck does, having done that with his father, John, only time will tell. Bubble gum pop is definitely not for Miley- she just isn't comfortable with that. She's already a success on both the Hot 100 and adult contemporary radio, but after "Ready, Set, Don't Let Go", which she did with her dad, Miley will have solo success on country music radio- it's only a matter of time. I can also imagine she'll keep an even lower profile in the future, and that's what she really needs. She'll record her music, her way, and as long as her dad is nearby, she'll make it through. If this sounds like a Miley Cyrus appreciation thread, possibly, but this is primarily about what she'll do, after Hannah Montana is over. It will be a welcome relief for her to move on from her TV alter ego and forge her own path with her music and movies, knowing she still has fans who appreciate and respect her. On that note, after March, 2011, when Hannah Montana has her final broadcast, as a fan, I wish Miley all the best, and may she ignore and disregard all the bloggers who'll lie about her, just to tear her down- they mean nothing to her. I look forward to seeing and hearing some more good things from her in the future.

"I look forward to seeing and hearing some more good things from her in the future. "
I remember someone saying that about Disney stars Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan. Working for the Mouse makes you cursed.

Forget Miley. I'm sure she'll be fine.

Noah worries me (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ypwf4ompIpQ), though.

No!!! Now I won't have some thing to make fun of with my friends :(
I don't know if the House of Mouse is a curse for the stars, Zac Efron seems to be doing ok for himself so far. Mayeb Vanessa too, the others might be in a dead ringer.

Working for the Mouse makes you cursed.

Not anymore. They literally got a 'celebrity school' for their future Discom stars now, preparing them to handle fame and all that comes with it. Sure most of it is to protect the squeaky clean image of Disney and keeping them marketable but if it prevents some of their stars from being snapped by paparazzi without panties in front of a bar then good for them.

Seeing as I don't see this going in the direction of meaningful discussion I'm going to go ahead and close it.
