Man, I feel like I just got through the ones for July...

- The 1 for $1 is clever, although I wonder how much good it will do them. At least they picked titles that are popular and all have in-print trades.

- Getting that Conan Vol. 9 HC

- Grandville Mon Amour sounds wacky enough and cheap enough that I might say, "Why not?" and give it a whack.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Riley - While I always found him to be one of the weakest and most boring characters ever on "Buffy," I'm interested to see how series writer Jane Espenson will do here.

Doctor Solar, Man of the Atom #2 - Still really excited for Solar's return and can't wait to read this.

Magnus, Robot Fighter #1 - Same here as for "Solar." Very curious to see what Shooter has been cooking up.
