What was the Marvel super action starring cap? Why does it have the same exact cover as cap vol 1 #100?

Sorry to double post but i wanted to add that the main reason i don't know what this is, is because no such title is listed on Cap's wiki.

Marvel Super Action was a reprint book. It reprinted Cap stories from 100 on and two Golden Age Marvel Boy stories for the first 13 issues and then started reprinting Avengers stories. I have some of the Avengers reprints. Marvel did a bunch of books like this in the days before TPBs were widespread, the most popular was Marvel Tales, which reprinted Spider-Man stories. Marvel also did, off the top of my head, Classic X-Men, which reprinted early Uncanny X-Men, Fantasy Masterpieces, which reprinted early Silver Surfer and Adam Warlock and Amazing Adventures, which reprinted the very first X-Men series.
The problem with these Marvel Reprint books, especially the ones from the 70s, is that they sometimes cut pages. It's better to read the stuff in the Essentials volumes or the Marvel Masterworks.
The ones that are the most worth picking up are the Classic X-Men, in my opinion. Not only because they have some extra backup stories that feature lost tales of the X-Men by Chris Claremont, but because some of the stories have new, remixed pages added by Claremont that expand on certain points.
