Old Cartoon

Does anyone remeber a cartoon that had a mouse in it that talked too much. I beleive the character wore a school uniform and hat with tassle.
Not positive about the hat but the mouse was a real motormouth.

That sounds like 2 characters from Warner Bros. shorts: Sniffles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sniffles) and Li'l Blabber Mouse, who IIRC only appeared in a single self-titled 1940 short directed by Friz Freleng.

He's definitely thinking of Blabbermouse, who was actually in two cartoons, "Lil' Blabbermouse" and "Shop, Look and Listen", both Merrie Melodies.

Sniffles was I believe in eight cartoons, but he was "talky" in only two of them, I think.
