A question about Spider-Man's powers

They're always talking about Spider-Man's super speed, and usually this relates to his abilty to dodge bullets, pumpkin bombs, tentacles, or whatever else. But would he have super speed if he just ran? I know he's not the Flash or anything, but does he have superhuman running speed?

From all the comics I've read, he can run just like anyone else, but he rarely does. He webslings all the time and barely goes on foot.

I think Spider-Man has enhanced reflexes, not super speed. I imagine his greater strength and endurance means he can run faster than an average man, but he's not anywhere near Quicksilver or the Flash.
