When a renegade Amazon named Aresia takes over Lex Luthor’s old gang, the Justice League comes together to stop her jewel-stealing rampage. But Aresia is up to more than larceny, as she unleashes a plague that affects half the population - the male half. With the men of the Justice League falling victim, it is up to Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl to stop her from destroying "Man’s world."


Now, is it just my wishful thinking, or could Aresia be worshipping/under the control of Ares , God of War , hmmm?

I thought Aresia was the female form of Ares. But that begs the question of why Ares would be trying to wipe out the male population of Earth?

With a woman trying to wipe out all mankind, perhaps a "War of the Sexes" would arise...bringing about a world war....???

I don't know. I just hope this doesn' turn out to be like the recent issue of Justice League Adventures...boy, would that be redundant...

Ares disguises himself as Athena (Athena?) and sends the Amazons on a mission to conquer the world. Because of some mystical stuff, the Amazons quickly convert the women of the human world to the cause and huge war breaks out.
