Fun episode. The Guerrero-Winston front was solid, as always, although I really wished one of them would have smacked the EMT upside the head for running out into the open with a sniper waiting for him.
Other than that, it was on par with other episodes that don't deal directly with the mythology. I'm so psyched for next week's, though!

I enjoyed this episode. Especially the part where Guerrero was driving and threw the GPS out the window. That was funny. Looking forward to next week's episode!!

Guerrero sure doesn't like GPS. Haha!! That kitchen fight was pretty cool, too.
Looking forward to next week's finale. Though unfortunately, the mystery of Chance's past was spoiled in the newest issue of TV Guide, including the finale's special guest star. After accidentally reading it, it's something I would have really liked to discover for myself while watching the episode instead of reading about it in a little sidebar. So just a head's up for those who haven't seen it yet.

I thought they were actually going to do it

The EMT kid definitely got on my nerves when he was being an idiot trying to save a guy that was going to kill him. I was really hoping that Winston would smack him and give him some type of Jack Bauer line.
The princess character was hot. The stuff with Chance at the end was really good and quietly deep.
Anyone have a count on Guerrero's DUDE this week? I think Haley went a little overboard in saying dude. I liked all his cool little new yorker moments like throwing away the sat nav. I loved how Winston was this cautious very non-NY type of driver in strictly following his sat nav instead of listening to Guerrero.

While still its own original story, I liked that we kind of went back to basics here with Chance protecting someone. I liked Victoria, she had a lot of spunk. I think Erick Avari (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0042805/) is fantastic so I was thrilled to see him as Gerard even though he didn't last very long.
I suppose the writers didn't want Gerard around with Chance and Victoria running from Nathan and the rest of her security detail. I liked their pit stop to change clothes and it worked for a while. Connor Dunham was kind of entertaining. I don't know why he and Chance would ever meet again, but I would be in favor of it.
Winston and Guerrero being sent to pick-up Tony certainly did not go as planned. Guerrero's "Hey, dude" when he spotted the sniper and took him out was awesome. The GPS gag was great throughout the episode.

I like to know where Victoria learned to fight, dude, because she handled herself well in that episode.
Man I wished that Gerard had stuck around longer. But, one of these days, maybe Connor Dunham could join the Royal Guard if he wants to.
Now, here's a funny crossover idea for an episode of Human Target featuring the cast of Glee:
Someone is out to get high-school schemer Puck for a scheme gone bad, so the principal of the school hires Christopher Chance to pose as a teacher to snuff out the assassin before he or she takes him out! I'm seeing Chi McBride going back to his Boston Public past for Winston posing as a new assistant principal, while Guerrero poses as a shop teacher and maybe Layla as a new student. Just watch out for the singing, Chance!

Honestly, God willing the show makes it that far, but that could definitely work as one of those later season experimental goofy episodes :) .
It's hilarious at least.

Remember her lamenting all the time she spent learning fencing? That was the payoff.

For those interested in the music, Bear McCreary has apparently said on his blog that he's hoping for a two-disc soundtrack release, likely from La-La Land Records, as they've released some of his other recent television scores. It would certainly be a must buy for me. It's great to hear a lush orchestral score on TV again. His blog (http://www.bearmccreary.com/blog/) also has some great samples of themes and other music from various episodes, and he goes into some detail regarding the music for each episode.
