I'll assume yes, since Adult Swim does run new episodes of Family Guy... but not until after Fox airs them. If the rumors are still true, the episode is supposed to premiere as FG's season finale next month on FOX. AS is usually on an 8-day delay, so do the math there to figure out its Adult Swim premiere.

It's not about [adult swim] having to get the rights to air Something, Something Dark Side, but how [as] doesn't air any Family Guy premieres before FOX does. Family Guy is first and foremost FOX's property and so any new FG anything airs there before it airs anywhere else. Dark Side will likely air on [as] some time after it airs on FOX.
