So last Saturday a storm blew out my satellite, and half my channels went swirling inexplicably into an abyss--FOX, Nick, AMC, Cartoon Network, and several others. Those that weren't zapped off the map were rerouted; the G9 and G5 satellites totally switched places.
It fixed itself after a second storm and some diddling with polarities, but my entire G1 satellite is gone. No ComCentWest, no CH, no USAWest. Has anyone else had this problem? I know a couple of years back a Telstar satellite went down and all its channels were rerouted to a Galaxy ...so is it unique to my system or is everyone having this problem? Has there been a satellite gone turtle someplace I haven't heard about, and are they planning to repair/reroute it? :eek: :confused: :o :mad:
