In tonight's episode, a shot of a jar of Mayo is shown for an entire ten minutes.

Wow, what a profund episode... who knew Ralph and the boys were such big fans of Warhol? It shone through in every little detail of this episode. No wonder the Delly's become such a monster hit with everyone lately.

What will Ralph and his boys do next?

A beautiful, thought-provoking piece that truly captures the disenfranchised feeling of many Americans. Most gutter-feeders would watch this animated masterpiece (I refuse to use the word "cartoon" in such genius as this) and think it's merely a jar of mayonnaise on-screen for ten minutes. They would be wrong. And stupid. For if we REALLY look at the underlying themes of this cartoon, it's clear that the writers were making a statement.
Let's start with the shape of the Mayo jar itself. Notice how it is curved slightly. This is to symbolize our obsession with curvy women. No, I've got a better theory. It's to symbolize how we as humans are always being dragged towards the earth by gravity- that is, told to give up. But we stand our ground, even if life hits us hard sometimes.
We'll move onto the fact that it's basically a static picture. What is this saying? It's putting into pictures how most Americans (and, for that matter, people around the world) feel right now amidst this recession: That despite our best efforts, we feel like we're in standstill. BRILLIANT!
Now listen to the music. The classically-trained members of this board may realize that this jar of mayo is accompanied by Serenade in A-Quasi Menuetto by Johannes Brahms. It's a fairly soothing piece, with emphasis on clarinets. It is pleasant enough, but doesn't make waves. I suspect that's the attitude of many people today: They just want to be left alone. In the age of technology, there are so many things to keep us preoccupied that we don't need (or want) a human being. This piece sums that up in an incredible way.
We'd be remiss if we didn't mention the color scheme, also. The white on the mayo jar is a symbol of purity, the ultimate attainable goal. We want to be free of diseases, of STDs, of impure thoughts that corrupt our character. The mayo symbolizes that.
Now look at the wall background: ORANGE. The vibrant color makes us hungry. Hungry for what? Mayonnaise, of course! However, it's utilized for another purpose as well. Orange, much like yellow and red, is a color designed to energize us. This cartoon is essentially telling us to get off our butts and go do something productive with our lives! Unbelievable!
And people think this is just a cartoon about a jar of mayo. Simple-minded fools.

Tonight's episode sucked There should have been a pickle to guest star. The mayo is obviously Ralph's avatar, look at him with his creamy flavoring. And even though I hate this show immensely, I will watch it next week too, and complain about it some more!

Wacky Delly has jump the shark ever since that "Pickles" episode from season 4.

cuz oldtoons suk yaknow11111 You, sir, disgust me. Your screen name and overall demeanor is of a common gutter rat, the very plague of the internet that is destroying intelligent discourse as we know it. "L33t" speak is the bane of existence and is completely obliterating proper English diction, and I will not allow such an infestation to spread any further.
Additionally, your arguments are flawed. Cartoons are not bad simply because of the time period with which they debuted. By this logic, the United States Constitution is a horrible document to follow because it's old.
I do agree with you about this cartoon's quality, though I am concerned that you have no idea WHY you feel this way.

Not have meat shoved into my face as the only acceptable food.
I'm sorry Mr. Bighead, I'll take my viewership elsewhere.
Things went downhill after The Cheese left. He truly was the best character on this show (http://iamthecheese.ytmnd.com/).

The Cheese was a spotlight hog. You could tell Bighead's bosses wanted a breakout character, and fast. You don't force the breakout character down the viewer's throats! They just happen!

But Mayo will be mine, or sheeee willlllll.....BUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRN!!!!
Meh, I remember when Wacky Delly was good, before that revival season. It seems like everyone in this episode was used as a personal mouthpiece for the overpaid hack formerly known as Ralph Bighead, just like his other two shows. And can the animation get any worse? It's as if I was looking at a still picture for ten minutes. This is such a ripoff of that South Park episode a couple weeks ago, and everyone knows it.
Can't wait for next week's episode!

I can't believe the jar of Mayo is getting it's own family sitcom on Fox. Clearly, the cheese is superior. If you don't agree with me, you're lumpy and father smells of elderberries.

I stopped watching the day they gave the turkey his own episode. Seriously, don't these producers know how the poor fouls are being treated before being brought to the slaughter? They even had to add insult to injury by putting the slicing machine in the background!
Whoever wrote this episode should be fired and banned from TV forever. They can join the crappy film crowd for all I care - and I'll be watching with glee when their feature-length thriller/horror movie about processed meats bombs in their faces.

This was the most epic eleven minutes to be shown ever. I can already see Mayo achieving meme status by tonight. It's just that Awesome. I thought the Cheese would remain my favorite character.

Are you serious?! Ralph Bighead does absolutely nothing on Wacky Deli, all he does is just approve episodes as they come in. He doesn't write anything or even oversee the animation! Word on the street is that he has three ghost writers who actually do all the work. Rumor also says that they do the voice-acting as well. Weird, since I thought the Cheese was voiced by one of my favorite VAs ever, Mr. Lawrence.
As for the episode, it was your standard preachy liberal nonsense. Whoever these mysterious writers are, they need to get the stick out of their butts and just accept facts. You can clearly that it's a message towards Republicans for refusing to budge on issues. Give me a break. Hollywood phonies think they know what's good for us! I don't even know why I watch this anymore, all it tries to do is preach to me, like as if they're any better. The Salami is getting worse and worse by the episode, before you know it he'll just be one, giant liberal strawman. Ugh. Can't we just keep politics out of our cartoons? Whatever.
It's times like this when I really miss "The Fatheads". Now there was a damn good show!

The Fatheads was better before it started being all preachy and having episodes centered around that lousy neighbour. After his first appearance he just lost all the funny. Not to mention the way it thought it was so far ahead of everyone else, it made me sick.

Oh, god...not another Rollo hater. Rollo bashing is so old.
The insinuation that "The Fatheads" was ever preachy is nonsense. It was good ol' fashioned parking meter slapstick fun up until the very end. Well, aside from that two-parter in season seven about Mr. Fathead going to Iraq, but Ralph Bighead apologized for that one!
Did you ever think, maybe that "The Fatheads" was too far ahead for just you? Yeah, sit on that.

Every time I see this particular episode, the network interrupts with a news report in the form of a newspaper with the headline "Delly Scores Again!" Not only are they reporting the same news every time, but they have yet to explain the phrase "powerful Warholian tribute" and why were these fanatics going nuts. Please explain to viewers that the phrase is a reference to Andy Warhol, as I'm sure there are plenty of people with the surname "Warhol".
Do these interruptions only occur in the Eastern and Central time zones?
Where do these fanatics of "Wacky Delly" live? :D
