I was thinking that it and the Oblongs would get later timeslots, but I guess CN really wants to push them. Hooray for new eps of Sealab! It's been way too long without new ones. Any word on if this will be Cowboy Bebop's lasty run on ASA? It's been going for a while, and I really hope they have something to replace it after this time ::cough::Trigun::cough:: Hopefully YYH stays new for the rest of the year, and they don't decide to repeat it, since they do have a little over 100 eps, but a repeat night would be nice for it. Thats a good question. Will Adult Swim ever show the first sesaons of there shows anytime soon? I never got a chance to tape any of the first season shows and I really would like them on tape. Unless of course CN releases any DVD's of the shows or an Adult Swim DVD with one episode of each show on it. That would be incredible.

It's the seventh episode of the Tenchi OVA. It's the one that 45 minutes long. I was hoping that CN would run the Mihoshi Special from the OVA (especially since pioneer is taking forever to get the DVD out) during it's AS run, but it looks like that's not gonna happen (is the last hour just being dropped?).

I beleave that the Tenchi Muyo- Ryo-Ohki Special is really called The night before the carnival. I think CN calls it the Ryo-Ohki Special because it last 45 minutes long. Wonder if they will show the Mohoshi Specail since Tenchi is on Adult Swim. Can't do it on Toonami. To much questionable material like Ryoko constantly kidnapping Tenchi just to have sex with him.

God I hope not, I really want to see a subbed version of "I'm a Pioneer," but I will settle for the english version which is equally good. 1) Because they can - and they've got a number of special one-shot programs

2) Hadn't heard this one before - don't think it's true (but I could be wrong)

3) CFG/PC has 12 episodes (numbered 0-11) because the show was never finished (cancelled?) in Japan. Gundam 0083 has 13 episodes (one of the standard lengths for an OVA or series)

Where did you hear this? That's a complete lie. Tenchi doesn't have anything to do with the episode except he's listening to Mihoshi's story. There's nothing in it that Toonami couldn't air, I've seen it myself.

I hate the fact that PC is still in the block, I'd rather have a double airing of MSG, since it's so long. If they did a 2x showing a week I'm sure they could get some new material in the 25 weeks it'll take to run MSH, vs 1 year otherwise to finish it off.

Happy:

ASA: I have never seen MSG before, and from what I have heard, I will enjoy it. Semi-glad Tenchi got cut. The only person I liked on that show is Washu. I will miss her, but not that much. Like the first hour line-up of YYH and CB (0% chance of falling asleep during that hour). If I do fall asleep, it will be during OS of PC. I don't mind missing those shows. Like seeing PC still on, maybe I will understand it on the second time through. Love those uniforms. *lil' girl giggles*

ASC: Very happy to see Space Ghost continuing, but angered by his time slot. Looks like I will burning the midnight oil just to see it. But, since those are not new episodes, won't mind much. Like seeing Harvey Birdman!!! Like the alteration of ATHF and Brak. I am sort of glad Baby Blues got canned...but read more below.

ASA: No complaints.

ASC: That hour of HM is going to get old quick. I have posted my ideas about that before (will not repeat ABC's Millionaire story). Don't like the Sealab every week (going to get old too), rather have Sealab/Birdman alteration. I don't like the repetition of Mission Hills. I would prefer viewing Baby Blues at 12 to get rid of the MH repeat. In fact, for ASC, I hate the overuse of shows (will not go into Millionaire story).

I'm glad MSG is back on the air, and Pilot Crapidate is within an inch of extincion. Considering how long it will take to air, by the time it's done, Zeta Gundam will be ready.

That's my main feeling on Tenchi not being on. It's being SEVERELY neglected on Toonami which such crap as the ThunderCats, meaning we'll NEVER finish the evil known as tokyo at this rate. If they had to replace something, it should have been Outlaw Star due to how butchered it is.

The good part is how MGS is on. I never missed an episode of that when it was on Toonami, but apparently DBZ is better sex to TOM *ACK*. The show was too good, and once again, lost to the utter crap on a stick (literally with the constipation noises) DBZ.

One sentence of Tenchi being taken off.

It was getting time to take Tenchi off, anyway, since the OVA is the only even remotely adult one of the three series (Muyo, Universe, Tokyo). Unless you just want them to replay the same few episodes over and over?

Mobile Suit Gundam...sweet. Although I guess you already knew about it Matt....I haven't forgotten those cryptic comments a couple of months back. Oh well, I'm really pleased it's back on. I've never seen it, but I'm an anime newcomer and am very excited to see this supposed revolutionary show. It sure would be awesome if they stuck Lupin and Macross in there and made a vintage anime block....fanyboy dreams I guess. Anyway, I'm psyched. Oh, and I, for one, am gonna LOVE seeing HM on twice a night. Rock on, Dwayne!

I think it's messed up that they don't have the decency to let the show finish 2 freakin' episodes before taking it off. I know it's been shown before, but still, can't Thundercats wait 2 days?

[indent]Tenchi is not abolished, it was just time for it to be rotated off Toonami (although they should have played the other two episodes) and they had something better for Adult Swim, MSG. PC stays for now since it has only had one run as opposed to Tenchi's 6 (7 for Tenchi Muyo!). Toonami only has 4 afternoon slots, but a lot more than four shows. They gave it another full run (sans 2 episodes) and it was time to please some other fans, this time the old school fans. It will likely be back eventually, but they have other stuff to run also.

The Mobile Suit Gundam Toonami opening is seen on the DVDs. It looks like its being regarded as the "official" opening for Mobile Suit Gundam. Does this mean that we'll see the Toonami opening for MSG on Adult Swim, or is there a chance for the original?

Personally, I love the Toonami opening, and can't stand the Japanese one, so showing the Toonami one would only bug those obsessed freaks. If you haven't seen it, just check TDA to see how bad it is.

I guess some people had a hard time noticeing the famous run into your gundam intro followed by the pointless gundam/ahh my goddess next episode commentary,and the whole whitebase/evangelion crossover.
Not to mention the flashbacks like that of Heero Yuy, etc..

What keeps me laughing is Zero Enna (Tye from digimon) being a pilot. I enjoy hearing him talk and get in trouble. That's why i like PC.

I'm disappointed about the some of the line-up. I know, everyone else is too, and I'm merely one whisper in the crowd of shouts, but I mean these people at CN should know what people want.

ThunderCats? I don't even remember liking that show when I was a wee youngin. Granted, there may be some sort of nostalgic thing going on with some people, but I could stand giving that up for something better.

Pilot Canidate is just Zoids in Space in my opinion.

I'm sad to see Tenchi go, but I've seen it so many times so, it's not all too bad. And the rest, I'm okay with. I love Yu Yu. ...*thinks of more*

And regarding Sunday nights, I'm sad that Space Ghost is getting such a kick in the fanny by being on so late at night. They need to liven it up. I love Sealab and Aqua Team, but I consider Space Ghost the superiour. Before I get my fanny kicked, I mean that in the sense that it was there long before SL or AT and even the classic episodes still have me falling to the floor. I mean Jerry Springer? What is this? Space Ghost Coast to Coast is clearly the better talk show. How could SGC2C ever die though? The show is such fresh cup of tea in the line of growingly (if that's even a word) bad comedy.

Stopping with the idiot metaphors, I shall go on to say that they need this show. Sure people will still watch AS even without it, but it'd be a kick in the fanny for us all. I for one.
