On the FUNimation remasters of DB, are all the voices right on dubbed episodes 1-13.

Is the FUNimation DB re-masters dub the same as the original uncut dub or is it touched up like DBZ was?

Does anybody know why Nadolny won't come back to play Gohan on Kai?

If you mean they use the Funimation VAs instead of the original Ocean ones, then yes.

The dub audio has been recently remixed into 5.1 channels of sound for the US boxset.
The only previous release that featured the uncut version of these dub episodes was the Australian Madman DVD, which was only in 2.0 audio.
It doesn't seem like any redubbing has been done.
