Does anyone here draw lineart then color it with WACOM. I am considering doing such. Currently I draw and color with WACOM. I am wondering is it better to draw completely from WACOM or to draw lineart.

It's a matter of preference. I've seen people manage to do both really well.
So you should just pick what's more comfortable for you.
