I remember learning that Barry Allen use to keep the sute inside his ring, and sommon for it to come out. Is this true? Dose this still go on now in the current time line, or dose Wally simply put the sute on like A normal suit?

Barry, indeed, used to keep the suit inside a special ring. He opened the ring and the suit came out. I don't think this issue really hasn't been addressed with Wally.

The current version of Wally-Flash in the comics summons his costume from the Speed Force. Flash can do anything if he uses the words "Speed Force" while discussing what he's about to do, like "I need a costume, so I'll use the energy of the Speed Force to create one" or "I need extra power, so I'll draw it from the Speed Force" or "I want a pony, so I'll ask the Speed Force to give me one for Christmas."

Previously, Wally used the costume-in-a-ring trick.
