Who was that little girl in Bleach?

I'm not really into Bleach but, I was flipping through the channels one night and I saw Bleach I thought that episode was funny so I watched it the little girl kept misprounocing Ichigo "Isago" could somebody tell me the girls name she also kept saying he did a sneak attack when he did'nt what ep is that.
