Yes it was Conroy, Mark Hamill was The Joker and Robin was Eli Marienthal (Stifler's little brother in American Pie 1 & 2) because Mathew Valencia got too old to do the voice

hmm Conroy and Hamill sounded different then they did on B:TAS

They sounded the same to me... well, Hamill did carry over a bit of the understated menace he had in Return of the Joker, which I appreciated.

Yeah, the Joker voice was defintely the ROTJ one. Conroy was doing the TNBA version. The BTAS one is not quite a "gravely" as the latter version. Same goes for the two version of Bruce Wayne. Two completely different potrayals.
