I've got to say that I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. They seem to have a fairly decent job of retaining the spirit of the original shorts. I'd go so far to say I enjoyed that Ant and Aardvark segment more than the majority of the originals. Though I have to say I don't really like the voice for the Ant.

I love the show's episode of today. The Ant and the Aardvark cartoon was very good. The Pink Panther cartoons were fantastic! It seems more like it was in the original short cartoons. That should be put in the weekdays lineup as soon as about 7 more episodes air.

Finished watching it and it was great! Definitely revisits classic Pink Panther fun. I kinda felt fond of the Ant's new voice, but one question; is the Aardvark still voiced by John Byner (it sounds almost like him)?

This was a nice suprise, definitly worth checking out for all those out there who are not used to getting up early because when you see this show you may just find it worth it to do so. I can't wait until next week's episode, too bad this was not a daily program for Cartoon Network but this way they won't burn through premiers so quickly, seriously though, check it out.

According to Cartoon Brew, it is John Byner.

Wow! I haven't seen the show myself but i'm surprised everyone likes it so much. I mean, wasn't it supposed to be for like pre-schoolers or is it just like the original pink panther episodes?

By far... They Think it's like the Pink Panther Cartoons as of now...
The Ant and the Ardvark Segments are Funny by Far. I'm OK with Ant's New Voice, But it's Surspring that the Original Voice Actor of The Ardvark made a Very Well Comeback for it.
The 2 Pink Panther Segments by Far are Very Great by Far. I'm Surprised the Dog of The White Man was back on the Segments alotly. So The Shows is Great by Far. Still the Same Way they Always will do, and Always Hiliarious. :) I'll say 5 Stars..

I really liked this. It was much better than I expected it to be, and frankly, its first episode left a much better impression than Hero: 108’s first episode. It’s unfortunate that Cartoon Network isn’t treating it better.

Wow, I didn't watch this but I decided to read it expecting a lot of bashing on the show and saying it was too child-ish and other related things.
Guess I'll have to check this out next weekend. I enjoyed the original Pink-Panther shorts so if its similar I might like it.

Pink Panther is back on it's roots.
Maybe that Pearlie show should be more like this one.
& New Ant & Aardvark episodes are awsome.

I was really suprised by this. Funny, intresting, and animated well. I think this could do really well with kids if given a chance.

It wasn't as bad as I expected, I'll give you that.
The staff seemed to have did their homework. Heck, the ending for "Zeus Juice" is pretty much inspired by a 1970 Ant and Aardvark short called "Don't Hustle an Ant with Muscle"

I really liked the show. I thought Kel Mitchell's voicing of Ant was humorous, and it's great to see the Pink Panther in the show business again.

I thought that Pink Panther and Pals was OK. It was definitely made in the spirit of the old Depatie-Freleng shorts, which is a good thing. I was surprised (but not disappointed, mind you) to discover that the Panther is silent once again. I figured that after the syndicated series with Matt Frewer voicing PP, that the shows' producers would want to the Panther to continue speaking. The Ant's new voice will take some getting used to, but I didn't hate it. My only complaint is that there doesn't seem to be any real reason for the characters to be "kiddified". They could just as easily marketed this series as an "All New Pink Panther" series with the returning characters kept at their original ages and it wouldn't have affected anything at all.

Does THIS TV also still air Pink Panther shorts as movie filler?

I enjoyed today’s episode a lot as well. Most people prefer the aardvark shorts more, but I think they have done a great job with the panther shorts. Perhaps they didn’t need to make him any younger, but there are a lot of funny gags and it seems like the people who worked on it knew what they were doing.

I gotta say this new series is really good! Didn't expected to be like the old cartoons, seriously reminds me watching Pink Panther when i was a kid all over again.
I think what made me skeptical on the new show is the first concept arts of the show, showing Pink and Aardvark like toddlers.....i was thinking Baby Looney Tunes all over but looks like the guys behind the show thought it would not work and instead go back on how Pink Panther became famous. I like the new design of Aardvark(better than the toddler version) looks more cartoony and you can see they will make alot of silly situations with him and Ant.
I saw part of last week's episode.
The first segment was decent, but (obviously) the best one was the Ant and the Aardvark one. Nice to see John Bryer reprise his role as the Aardvark. I've just recently watched the original A&TA short, and wanted to check it out.
To be honest, I don't mind that Kel Mitchell is the voice of the Ant, I think it adds on to the humor. I wonder why Bryer didn't just do his Dean Martin impression. Maybe it's old age? Oh well, not a big deal. This show left a better impression than Hero:108, which I honestly thought was pretty bland.
This month's episodes:
4/04 - 105 - Remotely Pink / I Didn't See That Coming / Pink Party of One
4/11 - 106 - Pink Pool Fool / The Aardvark's New Moves / The Mighty Pinkwood Tree
4/18 - 107 - Pink Suds and Clean Duds / Dog Daze / The Pink Painter Show
4/25 - 108 - Cleanliness is Next to Pinkliness / Baby Makes Three / Pinkazoic Era

I saw the show and rated it 3 stars. It was good and felt a lot like the old Pink Panther shorts, but I guess the comedy I see in the Pink Panther franchise doesn't appeal to me much.

I voted four stars. I would have given it five, but frankly, I don’t like the aardvark shorts as much as I do the panther ones. It’s much better than Hero: 108, at any rate. It deserves more than Cartoon Network has given it.

Just a note that the first 13 episodes is available on iTunes (despite the fact that only four aired so far).
I downloaded one of the episodes just to read the credits. Aardvark is voiced by Eddie Garvar, not John Byner. He does a pretty good voice, though.

I really enjoyed today’s episode. I think I actually enjoy this more than I ever enjoyed Chowder. The scene in which the newspaper boy randomly turned into a werewolf had me in stitches. I think “Remotely Pink” may be my favorite segment yet.

The more I watch this series, the more I believe it may very well be my favorite thing on Cartoon Network. I’m not a person who laughs often. I watch a lot of animated comedies and I enjoy them, but there are very few instances in Chowder, The Marvelous Misadventures Of Flapjack or Adventure Time that caused me to actually laugh. However, Pink Panther & Pals has done so nearly every week, or at least the panther shorts; I tend to skip the aardvark ones.
The random humor is just sublime. In “Pinkaroni Pizza”, the panther was making a pizza and he tossed the dough too high, causing it to fly into outer-space where two happy aliens began taking pictures of it, only to burst into tears when it fell down to earth. Those types of bizarre, irrelevant scenes are everywhere in the series and I find it to be extremely funny. Sort of like what I mentioned before with the paper-boy randomly turning into a werewolf.
I suppose people who like their humor to make sense might not be too fond of it, but I am enjoying it immensely.

Pink Panther & Pals is joining Boomerang on July 19 (http://www.toonzone.net/forums/showthread.php?p=3645646#post3645646). So far, the first 10 episodes will be airing (which have already aired on Cartoon Network). August schedules aren't out yet, so no clue if Boomerang will air the episodes that CN has yet to air.

Cartoon Network had a tendency to replace the series at the last moment with Bakugan, and even when they actually aired it, they began airing it eight minutes early. I recorded it the past few times only to catch the very end of the first segment.
Their treatment of the series has me baffled.
Hopefully it doesn't stay long. It just has no place there, even if it is based off a classic series.

I experienced the similar problem because I programmed to record Pink Panther and Pals at 8:30 a.m on July 4th. Then I found out I missed the episode, "Pink Trek." Why did Cartoon Network air the show some eight minutes early that Sunday?

Well, it airs now in Sweden.
I find it very amusing. It's very hard to maintain sophistication and subtlety within a teenage character nowadays. This panther is like a full blood rebel that goes against all that and I friggin' love it. At last! It's the best thing on the telly now.
