"heroic age"?? i'm so glad there isn't a main mini series simply titled the heroic age, because I DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All X-Men for me I really want to know whose going to die many believe Kurt and because I invested too much time and money into this "necrosha and messiah shake-up the X-Men universe until the next time somebody loses it or gains it and goes psychotic" junk to stop now .

Getting
-Deadpool #23: Ha! Awesome (http://www.comicbookresources.com/images/solicits/marvelcomics/201005/39_DEADPOOL_23.jpg). And it looks like they're doing the "4th Wall" thing again with him acknowledging his oversaturation.
-Ultimate Comics Avengers 2 #2: Is that Ultimate Luke Cage? Have they used him yet? I can't remember.
-Avengers #1: PLEASE be as good as New Avengers! I've really enjoyed it, and don't want to stop reading Avengers. Adding in Kang doesn't inspire hope, though.
-Captain America #606: Sounds like an awesome storyline. Can't wait.
-Avengers: Red Zone Premiere HC: I'm still having problems finding the first Johns one. But I do plan on getting them. Unless I get the first one, and it blows, and I don't get the rest.
-No Daredevil this month (outside of that one-shot)? Hmm..No Like.
May Get/Not Getting But Worth Note
-Rescue #1: I may read it, since I liked the concept in Iron Man, but how exactly can she "Let Loose?" The entire concept was that she had no offensive powers, so Osborne couldn't touch her. Giving them to her now would just make her "Female Iron Man."
-Ultimate Comics New Ultimates #2: I may trade-wait on this, if it's any good. Nothing about it has made me that interested so far.
-Amazing Spider-Man Annual #37: Kinda early for an annual. The story does sound interesting, though.
-Amazing Spider-Man Presents: American Son #1 (of 4): I liked the American Son arc, and this sounds interesting. If it turns out well, I may get the trade. That cover is pretty nice, though (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/preview2.php?image=solicits/marvelcomics/201005/8_AMAZING_SPIDER_MAN_PRESENTS__AMERICAN_SON_1.jpg).
-Galacta: Daughter of Galactus #1: That's so horrible it's awesome. Wow.
-Avengers: The Origin #2 (of 5): Hulk Smash (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/preview2.php?image=solicits/marvelcomics/201005/22_AVENGERS__THE_ORIGIN_2.jpg)! Love that cover!
-Invincible Iron Man #26: And my theory of liking the new armor depending on the artist is proven valid. Because that looks nice (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/preview2.php?image=solicits/marvelcomics/201005/66_INVINCIBLE_IRON_MAN_26.jpg).
-Secret Avengers #1: I love the creative team, but I need to know the acutal team before I know if I'm going to commit or not.
-Thunderbolts #144: The new team is....interesting. My curiosity is there. May be another trade-wait if it turns out good.
-Wolverine #900: Why? Deadpool has the humor to pull something like this off (and even then the issue wasn't that great), but with Wolverine, this makes zero sense.
-I'm still on the fence with Nemesis. I'd be all over it if the team involved weren't plagued by delays.

Essential X-Men Claremont era reprinted again, huh? Are they ever going to get around to volume four of the old issues?

Is Marvel putting Amazing Spider-Man out with more than 1 issue per month again? Maybe they have been doing this for a while, I'm not sure, but it just seems greedy to me that they put out more than one of these a month, no wonder comics don't sell as much as they used to, it's becoming harder and harder to pick up just a few titles per month never mind 3 or 4 of the same book.
Blah!

The initial plan was that they canceled all the other main Spider-Man books, and the only book was Amazing Spider-Man. So, instead of buying Spider-Man, Amazing Spider-Man, Spectacular Spider-Man, etc., you only buy Amazing Spider-Man. Same number of comics, just only one title. It was meant to make the Spider-Man comic more streamlined and accessible.
Of course, that was blown all to hell when they brought back Web of Spider-Man and the likes, but it was never about more money. It was about making a better comic.

Things always start out as a way to make things more efficiant but as soon as they see $$$ they get greedy and want more, this is a big reason why Marvel and DC don't get much of my time these days.

On the definitly going to pick up list:

Also picking up:
Realm of Kings: Son of Hulk #4
PunisherMax #1
Millar and McNiven's Nemesis #3
On the maybe I'll get it, maybe I won't list:
Astonishing Spider-Man/Wolverine #1: Okay wait...this is an ongoing, not a mini-series?!? If they're trying to turn this into the answer for DC's "Superman/Batman", that's just...well, it's interesting, acutally...EDIT: I bumped this from the "read it digitally" stack to the "maybe I'll get it" stack, mostly because Jason Aaron's the writer...
The Thanos Imperative: Ignition #1: If this leads to another mega-crossover, count me out...but it's part of the "cosmic" corner of the Marvel universe, so I am a bit interested...
On the "I'll read it when it gets put up on the Marvel Digital website" list:
Astonishing X-Men: Xenogenesis #1
Marvel Her-oes #2: Sounds more interesting than the 1st issue solicit...
Girl Comics #3
Dazzler #1: Umm, that cover is just wrong. (http://i.newsarama.com/images/38_dazzler_1_02.jpg) It's like Gene Simmons with breast implants...
Rescue #1: What kind of superhero name is "Rescue" anyway?!?
Amazing Spider-Man #631-633
Amazing Spider-Man Annual #37: Ooooh, written by Kurt Busiek...(well, co-written, but still)...
The Many Loves of the Amazing Spider-Man (one-shot)
Amazing Spider-Man Presents: American Son #1
Web of Spider-Man #8
Avengers #1: Oh no...if Kang's involved, then time-travel's involved...and Bendis may rewrite Marvel continuity yet again...(yes, I'm looking at you, Illuminati...)
Atlas #1
Captain America #606
Black Widow #2
Daredevil: Cage Match (one-shot)
Doomwar #4
Fantastic Four #579
Age of Heroes #1: Oooh, Kurt Busiek's one of the contributers to this issue as well...c'mon back, Kurt, please!!!
Enter the Heroic Age (one-shot)
Avengers: The Origin #2

Invincible Iron Man #26
Iron Man: Legacy #2
New Avengers: Luke Cage #2

Thor #610
Thunderbolts #144
Vengeance of the Moon Knight #8
Captain America/Black Panther: Flags Of Our Fathers #2
Uncanny X-Men #524
New Mutants #13
X-Men: Legacy #236
X-Force #27
X-Factor #205
X-Men: Second Coming - Revelations: Blind Science (one-shot): That's a mouth full...
X-Men: Second Coming - Revelations: Hellbound #1
Wolverine #900
Dark Wolverine #86
Wolverine: Origins #48
Wolverine: Weapon X #13
X-Factor Forever #3
X-Men Forever #23 and 24
X-Men: Pixie Strikes Back #4
X-Men Forever Giant-Size #1
ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN / WOLVERINE #1 - I'll be giving this a trial shot. But really, "foilogram" cover? Am I in LOST season 5 or something? :p
DEADPOOL #23
DEADPOOL: MERC WITH A MOUTH #11 - I wonder if the dark humour of the Zombieverse will become "Deadpoolified" as well... it would be a shame if they do that.
ULTIMATE COMICS AVENGERS 2 #2
ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #10
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #631-633
SPECTACULAR SPIDER-GIRL #1 - YEAH, Mayday's BACK!
WEB OF SPIDER-MAN #8
AVENGERS #1 - So it's going to be just the five of them? Seeing as there's going to be a classic villain, I hope it doesn't mean they're going back to the classic format of the book...
HULK #22 - Spoiler much for the conclusion to the "Fall of..." prelude?
INCREDIBLE HULK #609
PUNISHER #17
SECRET AVENGERS #1 - If this is the new "New Avengers" in terms of storytelling, I'll be picking it up.
THUNDERBOLTS #144 - I'm interested in the new Thunderbolts system [rotating team members] but it's also kind of a shame that we won't get to invest in the characters for that long as we did during the previous two rosters.
MILLAR & MCNIVEN'S NEMESIS #3 - Whoa, how did I miss this in the two previous solications?? Millar and McNiven? Sold!
--- Maybe / maybe not & Random comments ----------
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL #37 - I'm not reaaally feeling this, but maybe I'll give it a shot.
THE MANY LOVES OF SPIDER-MAN #1 - This actually sounds pretty cool. I hope it's just a one-shot though, the amount of Spider-Titles is getting dangerously high once more.
PETER PARKER #3 - I won't be getting this, because why do we need this again?? Thrice-monthly AMZ with the occasional "BND Extra" and an anthology title was supposed to eliminate the need for these type of books  It's a shame, because the stories in this issue sounds decent enough.
HEROIC AGE - Wow, none of the "HEROIC AGE" prefixed books sounds interesting to me. This may be the first time since before "House of M" that I skip a Marvel event [even though they're pretending that this isn't going to be an event].
FALL OF THE HULKS: THE SAVAGE SHE-HULKS #3 - Come on, Red She-Hulk's outfit (http://i.newsarama.com/images/fohshehulks3_02.jpg) seems to be getting more ridiculous each time it is drawn :p
SPIDER-MAN #2 - What the heck!? Now even "Adjectiveless" Spider-Man is back?? Come on!
