I just bought the hardcover of issues 1-10, and issues 11 and 12, and it was soo good. I really really like it. Anyways, the question that I remember is: How was Aquaman in Green Arrow? I thought he died in the Our Worlds At War story, or did I get bad information, because I never read it. Thanks

The Quiver arc started and took plack before Our Worlds at War.

Well, that part of it did.

It makes sense that Quiver took place before Our Worlds At War, but wouldn't Kevin Smith want to touch on Aquaman not being around? And also, what is with the next couple of issues of Green Arrow being delayed? Is what I've heard about Kevin Smith being a slow writer true, and is that the cause?

Thanks

Well, he "died." Everyone was sure that he still existed somewhere, and currently in Wonder Woman she and his son, Tempest, just began a search for him. So, he'll probably be back soon, leaving the deaths from OWAW to a total of 3.

Who were the other deaths?

Guy Gardner, Lois Lane's father, and Hyppolata (sp?) who is Wonder Woman's mother. That's all I remember that stayed. I know Steel "died" too, for about a month, and came back during the storyline. If you ask me, that whole crossover was way too over-hyped, as it wasn't even that great. The only good that came of it was the aftermath stories. Too expensive to justify the giant storyline.

Does anyone know if Aquaman's death will be talked about in Green Arrow, or why the next few issues of Green Arrow are being delayed?

Ha! So glad I'm getting this post in now!

Yeah, Aquaman's coming back. DC follows the cartoons.

Guy Gardner'll be back, too. You just watch.

I seriously doubt either "death" will be discussed in GREEN ARROW.

GREEN ARROW was delayed because Kevin Smith stuff is always delayed. Between promoting the movie and writing BLUNTMAN AND CHRONIC, GREEN ARROW had to get pushed back a month, which isn't terrible considering it's Kevin Smith we're talking about.

Altho Steel died he was brought back by Darkseid and the Aegis armor. There are some powers to that thing that have yet to be found and should be an interesting story line to follow.

I'm looking forward to seeing Arthur return...I actually miss him. Is it true that in the Wonder Woman comic that she and Tempest are beginning a search for Aquaman? What number did this start in?

Kevin Smith has totally made me into a huge Ollie fan, I've collected the entire run so far...He loves wrting Batman, I REALLY cannot wait for his run on the new "Brave and the Bold". All over that!

If Aquaman reappears in Green Arrow, without touching on his death, I'd be kinda mad. It doesn't make any sense. Anyways, will Batman be in all of the Brave and the Bolds, like I heard and like I understood from Wizard's 2002 preview a couple of issues back, or will it be a rotating cast like the old Brave and the Bolds?

Honestly, I don't think that it would matter one way or another. Mind you, I haven't read the Aquaman issue of GA since it was released, almost a year ago, but I don't think that they would have to deal with Arthur's death in every one of his appearances once he returns. That'd just be repetitive and take up too much space.

Sugar Daddy kept going with...

I believe that it'll be a rotating cast, with Bats or GA showing up more often than not. At least, that's how Smith described it when the book was first announced.

I understand what you mean, and in a way I agree, but to me, it'd be kinda weird if that wasn't touched on at all.
