What are the best fighting games available on the Virtual Console?

I'm enjoying Tatsunoko vs Capcom thoroughly and it's got me in a fighting game mood. So I was wondering what quality fighting games are available on the VC. I know there are several but I'm not sure what to pick up first.

Street Fighter II Turbo is the definite choice. It's widely considered the best version of SFII as well as one of the most balanced. Art of Fighting 2 is also worth giving a shot, although the CPU is pretty hard in arcade mode.

For non-VC games, SNK has released Samurai Shodown Anthology and KoF: Orochi Saga. They're at a bargain price of 20 bucks last I heard. If you're not interested in all the games in the collections, the first two SS games are up on the VC and KoF '94 is up as well.
