Suppouse I had an idea for a cartoon series that I would like to have submitted to say Cartoon Network...how would I go about it?

You may want to try e-mailing or calling the cartoon network headquarters, I think its in atlanta, GA. And ask people there who would know a lot better. I'm sure there is a phone directory or e-mail directory you can find somewhere.

I don't think a television station would take suggestions for no real reason. One person thinking it is a good idea probably won't be enough for them to consider it. Or are you talking about a submitting something for a special event?

I don't know much about these things, but in order for them to even consider it you need to have an agent.

What they need is for you to fly down to Atlanta and pitch it yourselves. They don't accept tapes or offers in the mail or whatnot. You have to actually be there.

You should also probobly make an animated short to show while pitching the cartoon.
