Looks like two more wrestlers got in trouble with the law. They got busted in northern Kentucky on Wednesday after "Smackdown" taping. Here's the link http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20100128/NEWS0107/301280029/Cops++WWE++wrestlers+drunk+in+public

Keep in mind this does not count as a "wellness" violation. And since it sounds like they cooperated, there will probably only be minor fallout.

It says they were at a gas station, but theres no mention of drunk driving so there probably wont be much fallout from this. On the otherhand, they might be forced to travel between towns with CM Punk for a while ;)

Things might take a turn for the worse on Helms' end. TMZ is now reporting that he may have punched a few innocent bystanders.
WWE wrestler Greg "Hurricane" Helms allegedly smacked several people -- including a woman -- before he and Chris Jericho were arrested at a Kentucky gas station yesterday, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told several people were in a taxi cab with Helms and Jericho when things allegedly got violent around 4 AM yesterday.
Cops say they spoke to several members of the group who told them Helms struck three people -- including Jericho, a man named Gary Kelley and a female passenger named Ashley Storer.
Witnesses told cops Helms ran from the scene right after the violent incident but returned to the gas station soon after, where he -- along with Jericho -- was arrested for being drunk in public.
Cops say Helms was not arrested for the alleged attack because the alleged victims have not pressed charges -- a requirement for an arrest in Kentucky if the police do not witness the attack.
Ashley told cops she did not want to file charges against Helms -- but Kelley told police he's mulling it over and may go after the wrestler.
I suppose you don't usually get arrested for just stumbling around and talking funny, so this isn't too surprising.

I've heard about this incident on the news- it happened in northern Kentucky. Jericho and Helms are a pair of drunken imbeciles who need to be suspended by WWE for personal conduct violations. I doubt that Vince McMahon is going to tolerate this kind of behavior by his in-ring performers, and I'm very sure he'll be taking disciplinary action against the both of them.

Helms is probably going to suffer quite a bit for this. Maybe suspension or firing as it's not like he's being used a lot anyway so not booking him isn't going to effect him much. Jericho seemed to be more of in the wrong place, wrong time while being tanked camp. He might be slightly disciplined as he didn't really do anything this time.

Jericho will get let off pretty easy for this. Vince didn't do anything when there was that fan altercation, and it seems like this is a pretty minor offense anyway.
Helms may be out of a job though, what with him actually hitting people as well as him being a hell of a lot lower on the totem pole.

Youse funny! :)
I tend to think like others are that Helms will be hit hard (the 'play fighting' thing might help) but Jericho will receive a proverbial slap on the wrist. We'll see.
Gregory Helms should really take a lesson from The Hurricane in being a good role model for our kids.

It might not be completely related, but The Hurricane has been removed from the Royal Rumble line-up (http://www.wwe.com/shows/royalrumble/whosinroyalrumble2010/) (then again, so has Santino Marella).

Strangely enough, it was both CM Punk and Christian that posted bail for them.
I'd love to see this somehow get mentioned on air for a segment, but knowing how WWE statirizes things...

It looks like WWE is already discipling Helms, as the Hurricane has been pulled from the list of entrants in the Royal Rumble.
