Transformers RID finalie talkback- I need a recap

Well I'm not happy to say it, but I missed Transformers RID finalie.

I set my VCR for 7 AM, the time it's been on since it debuted and this week without any warning it came on at 9:30. I saw the last minute of the show.

I was flipping through when I saw the spy changers racing and that annoying computer yelling at them.

So what happened in the 29 minutes before that?

The worst part about this is that I was actually awake at 9:30.

Alrighty, the finale...

It starts off where it left off, Glavatron wooping ass.
Optimus is very weak, and the Decepticons bust through the mountain, with sparks completely bent to do Galvatron's Will.

The Predicons have also survived, and Galvatron orders the Decepticons to attack Optimus, and the Preds to attack the other Autobots...which leads to them getting run over.

The decepticons are being beaten back by the Autobots, when Galvatron starts to laugh. He attacks, and T-ai opens up a space bridge. Optimus takes the full force of Glavatron's blast to buy time for the autobots to escape, but instead, they intercepts Galvatron's blast and Ultra Magnus drags Optimus into the Space Bridge.

Optimus & Magnus make up, and decide to unite to stop Galvatron. They lure Galvatron into the center of the Earth, and have T-ai seal up the exits. Kogi emails all of the kids on Earth, who somehow re-engergize Fortress Maximus. Just when it looks like Omega Prime is done for, FM sends it's energy to Omega Prime, who forms the Matrix Blade...a big ass sword twice the size of OP, and defeats Galvatron. We are left to think that OP was trapped in the Earth forever as we goto break...but no, everything's fine, no one died, and we're going back to Cybertron, cause Kogi can protect the planet. Joy.

Thanks for taking the time to tell me what happened. But from the last line, maybe it's good I didn't see it. I hate that little boy. That kind of reminds me of how Beast Wars ended. Not the action, just the way Sky Byte was left behind and the Decepticons were sent ahead of the autobots, well this wasn't a time travel story so I guess there will be no Autobots returning to Cybertron to find everyone gone.
