I haven't watched this show since it started the 'Best Day Ever' shorts but it was good while it lasted. Now the slot will probably be filled in by another forgettable reality series.

No. The link says that the show was on hiatus but it said that VH1 officially pulled the plug on the series.

Wasn't it on the same time as The Soup? Guess The Soup's ratings beated this one.

Sad, because I actually liked this one, as well. It kinda need a better time, though.

You could tell it was in trouble when they changed the format to be, um, more like the The Soup with one main host. It was a good show, but I also thought it had been canceled a long time ago so finding out that there was still some possibility of it returning was the only surprise for me.

I really loved the "I Love" series and found the original "Best Week Ever" entertaining, however for some reason the show began to stale and the reformatting just made it much worse. Surprisingly, I found "The Soup" annoying when it first came out, but slowly grew to like it much more when time passed on (Joel Mchale is a hoot).

Ironically, it is now the best week ever.

How weird, this is one of those shows that really didn't cost much. You'd think the'd keep this one hmm.

Ironically, it is now the best week ever. Agreed. Never really cared for this show, and when I watched it, it was annoying at best.

I guess, then, it's safe to say BWE jumped the shark when they assigned Paul R. Tompkins as host, trying to copy The Soup (which is itself a reboot of Talk Soup).

Best Week Ever got off to a good start, and it was on BWE that Chris Jericho began his association with VH1, leading to his being used on all the other specials and recently hosting one himself.

When it first started, I enjoyed Best Week Ever, but the extended breaks always caused me to lose touch with it. The last couple years, I wasn't looking for it to come back like I used to.

The change in format with Paul F. Tompkins wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be, but by that time, I was really enjoying The Soup and the long breaks for BWE made me not care. VH1 scheduled it like it was one of their reality shows when they needed to schedule it like sister station Comedy Central schedules The Daily Show, running pretty much all the time, with some breaks throughout the year. When a topical show like this is off for three months at a time, it's tough to care about it.

I liked it once, but I won't miss it.

Sad like many said, when it started I was into it.
Now?
Not so much.
Thus we have YT Web Shows. (i.e. Philip DeFranco, Ray William Johnson's Equal's Three)

Thanks. Couldn't remember from memory.

As long as the "I Love The"s don't go anywhere, I'm fine with this (still waiting for a third "I Love the '90s" and another "I Love the New Millennium" - it's 2010 now, VH1, you've got all ten years of the 2000s to work with this time!). "Best Week Ever" just felt redundant to me - what's the point of having a show dedicated to recapping events that will likely get mentioned again in a forthcoming "I Love The" show?
