I saw "Little Pancho Vanilla" on CN in early 1997. I remember because that was the first year I had CN, and I watched nearly every airing of Bugs and Daffy for quite some time, due to the fact that I had seen hardly any pre-48s at that time (I had previously watched the Nick show (quite a lot, mind you), The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show on ABC, and both the syndicated and Fox versions of "Merrie Melodies," and that was it)
