I was watching 'The Old Grey Hare' yesterday and noticed the 'shaking' ending was intact. First I thought that Cartoon Network UK were playing an undubbed version, but when the card stopped shaking the 'Dubbed Version 1995' etc etc writing faded in! Does this mean that WB have restored the old ending, because I heard somewhere it was usually the standard red or orange rings before.

The correct end titles should have the blue 1944 release season rings and the "Produced by Warner Bros. Cartoons Inc." at the bottom right hand corner. Only a handful of cartoons made just after the Schlesinger sale to WB used that, so it should be pretty easy to tell.
It's hard to believe they would have done the fade-in on the dubbed version notice after the shaking and then gone back and stupidly cropped off the original ending to put the generic 1947-48 rings/dubbed logo on there, but it's certainly possible there was someone working on the dubbing/tape editing part of the project who had that little interest in the cartoons themselves that they would have pulled off a stunt like that.

Well they looked the same rings as the undubbed version which I saw on Bugs Bunny Superstar. When the Old Grey Hare airs again I'll try to get a picture.

I have a DivX video clip of this scene, anyone want it? There also seemed to be an unusually long black period after the card faded out - while the Thats All Folks music finished playing.
