I'm going to be buying a lot of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood on Zune. The HD streaming is not bad. Plus, it's available for Party viewing, so you can watch and commentate with your Xbox Live friends.

BTW, bought Episode 2 of FMA: Brotherhood tonight.Tomorrow, I may go to Barnes and Noble to pick up Shonen Jump, DMC, and maybe the first 20th Century Boys movie if it's there.

Just for the record, the Rayearth re-release is not a simple repackaging; they've evidently gone to the trouble of remastering the series. I'm currently netflixing the originals to give it a fair shot.

I got Interstella 5555 in the mail and should be getting Giant Robo's litebox soon via an excellent Best Buy sale. There's my first small step toward gaining shelf space.

FUNi sale at Rightstuf this week it seems, so I went and pre-ordered.

I've done it. I FINALLY found a like-new copy of Macross Complete Collection. That's the thinpak box with the awesome artwork on the sides. I paid close to MSRP, but ultimately it was only marginally more expensive than buying discounted singles via Rightstuf ($10 x 7 = $70). Not at all cheap, but worth shelling out for.

It only took forever for it to show up on eBay...glad I stuck it out instead of paying full price to a third party dealer though.

Now I just have to be a good boy and spend that much less at Katsucon/during the next two or three months.

I'm quite disappointed with how Bandai is releasing R2 compared with the first season.
The first season Bandai really went the extra mile by translating all the insert booklets that were included with the Japanese DVDs.
With R2 Bandai doesn't give you any insert booklets at all, or CDs, or even an artbox. Cheapskates.

I bought Pokemon Adventures Volumes 2, 3 and 4 last weekend. My local Borders isn't closing, but it did look like they were going to get rid of more selves and the area where they keep Pokemon Adventures was horribly unorganized, which made me think that they may not be there for too long. Besides that, I just wanted some fun books to read.
