Was that static and gears sons in batman beyond curse of the cobra part 1?

when it coems to the static shock season 4 episode future shock terry told young static that in terrys present day static has a son.

while in the batman beyond episode curse of the cobra part 1 one of kairi's students happens to have a good resemblance to static's character

that wouldn't happen to be stativs son now would it and if so would that make the blonde haired student gears son as well

I'm pretty sure that's just a coincidence. There was no mention of Static in any episode of Batman Beyond, and bear in mind also that "Future Shock" was made after Batman Beyond.

Furthermore, implying that both Static and Gear each had a son at the same time and that their sons are also best friends who hang out together would be just a little too convenient. That rarely happens outside of fanfic.

the guy that did the voice for the cobra fighter with the stun baton nunchuckus is gary sturgis who also did the voice of ebons character from static shock

intentionally or not all i am sayng is that those 2 students could be wrote off as being staic and gears sons

maybe its just me maybe its just wishful thinking o nmy part but if each series had been produced and aired in proper chronological order at the time from one series to the next it would actually make sense for those 2 students to be virgil and ritchies sons over time time line wise given their resemblance to virgil and ritchie

That rarely happens outside of fanfic.It's not that much of a stretch. Most people have kids mid - late 20's so I wouldn't be surprised if the two would have kids that are similarly aged. Also, it's not unusual for parents to encourage their kids hang out with their friends' kids.
