Avatar Problems...need help

i tried changing my avatar, but for some reason this (to your left) is all that appears. i dont know why, cause when i changed it it didnt say anything was wrong. does anyone here know how to correct this? thanks.

What kind of file were you trying to use? jpg or gif? If you e-mail the file to me at brian@toonzone.net I'll try add it for you.
