Cartoon Network Halloween 2: Grossest Halloween Ever will be released to DVD on August 9, DVDToons (http://www.dvdtoons.com/news/773) reports. The release will feature five Halloween and four bonus episodes drawn from such signature Cartoon Network shows as Billy & Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Dexter's Laboratory. It will retail for $14.97.
