HIT Entertainment says that an unidentified company—widely reported to be Classic Media—is no longer pursuing takeover talks with HIT, the Associated Press (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=503&ncid=503&e=8&u=/ap/20050422/ap_en_bu/britain_hit_entertainment) reports. Lions Gate is continuing to pursue a due diligence review.
