Marvel Enterprises and Stan Lee have settled all pending litigation connected to a lawsuit in which Lee laid claim to part of Marvel's Spider-Man profits, Marvel said today. Terms were not disclosed, but the company separately reported (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20050428/media_nm/media_marvel_earns_dc) taking a $10 million charge against first quarter profits in order to settle the litigation.
