An upcoming study from License Magazine notes that Marvel Entertainment and Nickelodeon were two of the top licensors in 2004 (http://yahoo.reuters.com/financeQuoteCompanyNewsArticle.jhtml?duid=mtfh45658_2005-04-21_18-55-48_n18507671_newsml), based on the strength of such properties as Spider-Man, Dora the Explorer, and SpongeBob SquarePants. Marvel's licensing brought in $4 billion in retail sales, while Nickelodeon licenses brought in $4.75 billion.
