name that toon!

please help with another toon name. I know I had it on tape
somewhere in my collection.

the ending is where this little mouse very quitely wispers
"Merry Christmas" when all of a sudden in the loudest
volume I've heard in a film (next to EARTHQUAKE) this other
mouse yells QUITE! can any one name that toon
and tell me when it was last aired?
