In several WB cartoons, Bugs Bunny does a tap dance (Blooper Bunny is one example). Does anyone know if the tune he dances to has a name, and if so, what it is and who composed it?

Working from (what's left of my) memory, I think it is the old hoofer (quick, kids - define 'hoofer'!) standard 'Shuffle Off to Buffalo'
