Some fans even believe it to be the death knell for the still new Justice League series. Toon Zone was able to get ahold of Bruce Timm to assure us on the situation:

"This is all I can say on the subject: JUSTICE LEAGUE is NOT in any danger of being cancelled. We've been contracted to produce 26 1/2-hours for next season. Beyond that....who knows? I HOPE our ratings stay strong, as I would love to do a third season...but it's WAY too early to start worrying about that."

Speculation started to fly based on these two previous reports, found <a href="http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25166">Here</a> and <a href="http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25267">Here</a>. With some fans convinced that <a href="http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25192">Justice League's days are numbered</a>, it's unpredictable to see how this will play out. But as Timm says: "it's WAY too early to start worrying"!
