Richard Kilgarriff, senior VP and general manager of UK Entertainment Networks at Turner Broadcasting System Europe, will leave his post at the end of the month, <a href="http://www.c21media.net/news/detail.asp?area=79&article=26556" target="blank">C21Media</a> reports. He had been responsible for the Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Toonami, and TCM channels.
