Canadian children’s entertainment company Cookie Jar Entertainment is creating two new VP positions -- Lisa Tanzer has been appointed VP US marketing, reporting to senior VP of marketing Kelly Elwood; and André Lake Mayer joins as VP US licensing, reporting to John Gildea, senior VP for consumer products, according to <a href="http://www.c21media.net/news/detail.asp?area=79&article=26579" target="blank">C21Media</a>.
