PBS KIDS Sprout has launched as a round-the-clock preschool network available on digital cable and satellite, <a href="http://www.worldscreen.com/newscurrent.php?filename=pbs926.htm" target="blank">World Screen</a> reports. The network features shows such as Bob the Builder, The Berenstain Bears, Jay Jay the Jet Plane and Dragon Tales, among others.
