TV-Loonland has hired former Neue Bioskop Film/Munich Animation Film executive Karen Mansfeld as a production consultant, <a href="http://www.c21media.net/news/detail.asp?area=79&article=27761" target="blank">C21Media</a> reports. In her new position, Mansfeld will be responsible for technology and project coordination, post-production, and ongoing productions.
