About Clark's "secret". I know I have brought it up before. But, I think it is about time someone in the main cast learns his secret. It is getting to the point that he does all these things and still nobody has put 2 and 2 together. Look at Chloe she solves crimes before the cops do. Yet can't figure out that her closest friend is definitely ready for the "Wall of Wierd". And if anyone(like Chloe) finds out. I don't want a Max from Batman Beyond syndrome.

I'd have to agree. It seems about time that Clark finally be able to have someone other than his folks know about his abilities. I think it's too soon for Lex to know. It might be interesting for Chloe to know, but I think it might cause some problems, it would probably be very hard for her to keep quiet. I mean, look at how intense she got for the school project and learning about Clark and his family. The most logical person to figure it, to me at least, would Lana. She's suppose to figure it out anyways sooner or later isn't she?

I secretly think everybody know Clark has unusual powers, especially Lex. Everybody is just afraid of his reaction, when he finds out. What would you do when somebody figured out your deepest secret? :rolleyes:

Um..... sorry dude, but I really have to disagree with you. You make it sound like everyone's just humoring Clark like a little kid who covers his eyes and says "You can't see me, I'm invisible!" :D Lana certainly doesn't act like she knows his secret; neither does Pete, et al. Even if they were good actors. Besides, when everyone knows a secret this big, at least one person is going to cave into the temptation of calling the government/scientists/freak show and getting lots of publicity and cash. :P

Anyway... Chloe looks like she's most likely to find out Clark's secret, but I'd rather Lana knew. I think Chloe's fine now, but she's got a really huge potential of becoming a Max.

Call me a romantically obsessed freak, but I think the fact that Chloe likes Clark might be, perhaps unconsciously, the reason why she hasn't found out yet.

Like it that ep two weeks ago about the info gathering of selected students. That was a gorgeous play of Clark's insecurity about where he originally came from. Lois & Clark did that really well too. I can't wait to see Smallville hit it. So Clark said his past was shakey (and boy is it ever, more than he even knows!) so she backed off.

As for missing the more physical tell tale signs? Emotions can make us act or think in less logical ways than we normally do. If I were her I'd just be worrying if my tall hunk of man was hurt or not. And since I'm on the subject might I add Chloe is a cutey herself. :p
