Target Entertainment has notched up several international licensing deals on Chapman Entertainment’s preschool property Fifi and the Flowertots, <a href="http://www.worldscreen.com/newscurrent.php?filename=intl1202.htm" target="blank">World Screen</a> reports. More than 50 merchandising deals have been secured for the property.
