This one was a great send-up of trashy daytime talk shows. "We're freaks because we're freaks. You're freaks because you're poor white trash from the South."
Did anyone else think the out-of-control daughter looked like a pudgy Britney Spears?
DYN the South Park school nurse and a butt-face person in the freak chorus?
Look also for the Margaret Cho midget in the picket line "...and Liza Minelli."
I'm still thinking, what with the numerous invokings of Kenny's name, and, as Rocky noted, Butters' entrance in full costume, Parker and Stone are leading up to something in which he comes back. I'd be honored if they'd run with my idea, but who knows, they may have something even better and more shocking.
Carrtman's rantings was the high point. "Whatever! Whatever! I ran for Congress and won...then strangled [an intern] and buried her body in the woods!...I digitally edited Jabba the Hutt into the original Star Wars!"

The episode was funnier than I thought it would be from the commercials. Butters needs to die... at least ONCE. :D The out-of-control-teen girl did look like a pudgey Britney Spears, than again if you ever come across one of the talkshows while channel surfing, that's what they actually look like. :p
